NOTE: Shelled corn can be purchased at reduced prices: off-grade, moldy, scorched, etc.
The BTU content of shelled corn will vary between 8,000 to 10,000 BTU's per pound, with 'off corn' having a lower BTU value.

A Truly Efficient Boiler:
With high energy costs, it makes sense to use a heat source that is readily available and cost effective. The A-Maize-Ing Heat Boiler burns renewable shelled corn, a local commodity. Corn costs less per BTU than other heat sources AND supports the local economy by generating business for farmers. The low cost of shelled corn, together with the efficient burn of the CORN furnace, provides an economical, environmentally safe home heating system.
The A-Maize-ing Heat System feeds the corn into the bottom of the combustion chamber, providing efficient fuel consumption. The residual ashes/clinkers spill over the top of the combustion ring into the ash pan, thus self-cleaning the combustion chamber.
The A-Maize-ing Heat Boiler is listed by Underwriters Laboratory, assuring you a safe and quality product.
A wall thermostat automatically controls the fuel feed providing a consistant temperature. This boiler should hold fire as long as there is corn in the hopper. It shuts off if their is no corn. Low flue temperature and no creosote buildup eliminates the probability of chimney fires.
The large fuel hopper lasts up to ten days; the augers automatically feed corn into the combustion chamber as needed.
Using corn eliminates the bark mess, insects, and storage/handling problems associated with wood.
The A-Maize-ing Heat Boiler features quality construction for long lasting performance. A one-year warranty on parts and five-year warranty on the burner and heat exchanger.
The A-Maize-ing Heat boiler is available to burn wood pellets. The pellet model can be ordered from the factory or field converted.
